BISP NSER Mobile Application Launched
The Benazir Income Support Program (BISP) recently carried out a comprehensive social and economic survey in order to identify women who are deserving of assistance through the program. However, despite successfully identifying a number of eligible women, they encountered obstacles that prevented these deserving individuals from receiving the support they needed. To address this issue, the BISP has taken a proactive step by introducing a mobile application.
This innovative application enables women to easily register for the program and submit their relevant data. Moreover, the application also opens up opportunities for women who were previously deemed ineligible to apply for the Ehsaas Kafalat program, thus allowing them to receive essential financial aid. It is important to note that the survey took place two years ago, and the introduction of this new application is aimed at ensuring that deserving women are not left behind and can access the support they truly deserve.
The mobile application empowers women to conveniently fill out a survey encompassing various significant life events, such as the arrival of a new family member, address changes, updates to identification details, and registration of marital status. Once the survey is completed, a confirmation message will be sent to determine eligibility for the program.
It’s important to note that only families who didn’t participate in the previous survey will be enrolled in this new survey. The previous dynamometric survey was conducted between 2019 and 2021 and successfully provided financial assistance to numerous households. However, there were some families who, despite meeting the eligibility criteria, were unable to take part in the earlier survey.
By gathering information through the online survey, the Government of Pakistan will include around 9,000 individuals in various programs, namely the Ehsaas Ration Concession Program, Benazir Kafalat Program, Benazir Educational Scholarships, Benazir Development Program, and Quarterly Scholarships, beginning next month. All the eligible participants will receive installments as part of these programs.

How To Apply for BISP Program
You can now easily register for the Ehsaas program using the mobile application, which will be accessible on the Play Store.
- Open the Play Store on your mobile device.
- Enter “Ehsaas program” in the search box.
- Download the app as the first step.
- Fill in all the necessary information related to your survey.
- Once you have provided the information, you will receive a confirmation message on your mobile number shortly.
- Please note that even after submitting the data through the application, you will be notified once your verification is complete.
